DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.

    A great upgrade

    This piece of hardware has had a great improvement over the launch console released in 2013. Features including 40% smaller, internal power brick, vertical standing, new faster dashboard, 4K Blu-Ray player, games and streaming such as Netflix. New improved Controller and HDMI 2.0. With the latest news about Xbox GamePass offering all 1st party games (Halo, Gears of War, Forza, Sea of Thieves, Crackdown 3) for a low monthly fee of £7.99 and 4 free games a month with Xbox Live Gold (£39.99) now is the time to jump into the Xbox ecosystem or upgrade from the standard Xbox One. My only issue with the Xbox One X is the lack of an included Official Headset, although most consumers would use their own personal headset.

    Best XBox yet.

    Received my Xbox Project Scorpio a couple of weeks ago - it replaced my existing Xbox One which was just 12 months old from new. But what a difference between the two - chalk and cheese. The 4K graphics on a suitable 4K monitor are outstanding. The display makes the original Xbox One graphics look relatively flat and lacking definition. The increase in the speed of the machine is also very noticeable - plus the fan is noticeably quieter than the Xbox One. Neither does it get anywhere near as warm as the Xbox One did. Overall - a quantum leap in gaming experience. Highly recommended.

    Just as promised!

    The system runs splendidly and cosmetically it looks almost new! The controller, well if I didn't know any better I'd say it was mint. The box has seen better days but hey, I didn't buy it for the packaging, did I? Overall a fantastic deal on a fantastic system in fantastic condition! I've wanted a Scorpio since they were first revealed and now my wish has been granted, and I am very grateful! Highly recommend!
