A+, Item is as described, packaging was adequate to protect product and it arrived withing the delivery time window. I would purchase from this vendor again.
Note: I did get a communication that delivery time had been extended to April05 though it did arrive on April02 which may have been later than the original expected date which I cannot find now. If there was a delay to the original date, it was not significant and the vendor did communicate.

I received a clogged print head and it looked like it was used already. Attempted to contact the seller to return the item but they sent me an invalid return address and told me to keep the item and try to take it to a repair shop in exchange for a $5 credit. This item is listed as new and I paid $20. I sent a follow-up email telling them I wanted to return the item and get a full refund. They sent me the same reply. Avoid this seller. EBay won't help me resolve it.
