Item arrived faulty. Offered replacement but this offer was then replaced with various, low, discount offers ranging from £2 to £4. A pointless discount when the item couldn't be used as described because the rack was broken. Eventually had to return item through Ebay returns to get full refund so was left without cutlery until refund came through and I could replace it with another seller. Poor customer service.

Really great service. The boxes were exactly as described; they're large enough to fit men's shoes and boots, and also women's high heels (which don't fit into similar smaller boxes).
