Sellers not replying to messages. Ordered boots and they sent a pair three sizes too small, size seven instead of size ten. They have offered to give me a refund of three pounds. I don’t think a three pound refund will make them fit. . I now have to claim against them as they are not responding to my messages. They appear to not care about customers. Do not buy from them as I now have to make a claim.

Misleading item description (and not the only one judging by a quick browse through other items in their shop) - the listing makes it seem like the purchase was for a pocket hole jig set when in fact only one drill bit and a stopper were included. When I brought this up with the seller all I received was an empty apology and an ambiguous offer of a discount on a future purchase (no mention of exact figure, just "message us before payment and we'll apply the discount").
