Nightmare, seller needs to read what eBay is about.they didn’t know how to cancel the order
Needed to cancel &refund,I had to keep reminding them to answer my messages
Only when I said I would contact eBay did they actually refund.All this was because seller had said postage and given the couriers name,when I won they denied this.
Just ask them questions before purchase.
