Not only was the top grubby but the seller admitted that she removed the Chanel label before sending it so i5 couldn’t be resold. Well that’s a new one! Unbelievable!

Not only was the top unreasonable buyer but the item information was listed and explained. The buyer ignored it then demanded refund as "item not as described". The cloth was nice packed and dry cleaned by a paid professional, but the buyer insisted to call it grubby without a good reason or any proof photos. In addition, I offered a full refund to the buyer as soon as she expressed her unsatisfactory and such comments is what I get in return. Well that's a new one! Unbelievable!
