Praka-19 is an outstanding eBayer. He was supportive, very communicative, and empathetic. He assisted me in finding a shipment company in Australia and was instrumental in having everything sent to Italy. Unfortunately, the couriers did not come close to his level of attention, and one of the items arrived severely damaged. I am dealing with UPS to resolve the issue and am pleased to keep Praka-19 out of this, as he was truly one of the best eBayers I have ever dealt with!
