Took forever to get a local order delivered. The seller charged for delivery but didn’t pay the right amount. Ended up going to the delivery office to pay the additional amount. Expected refund of the additional amount from seller who denied paying it

Your item was sent by special delivery but as no one was available at your address, the postman couldn't deliver your item on time, according to Royal Mail you didn't reschedule or re-deliver, therefore they sent the item to their warehouse for collection. According to your story when you tried to collect it even though we already paid the full delivery cost, they asked you for £1.30 extra! Anyway, if you are not happy with your purchase, I'm pleased to issue a full refund for to return.🙏
