Lorsque j'ai commandé 4 jantes, l'une d'elles avait un petit défaut (un léger méplat, la roue roule tout de même...). Je pense que le vendeur n'était pas responsable, ni le livreur, car les produits étaient bien emballés dans les boites du constructeur et les cartons n'étaient pas abimés. Je ne m'en suis rendu compte tard, lors du montage, à la limite de la période de retour. Le vendeur aurait pu ne pas donner suite, il a été sympa et réactif. Je suis très satisfait!!
