    Canadian Customer... TV remote was received with a cracked battery cover, but I'm sure it was due to not so great packaging and damaged during shipping. I am OK with the damaged battery cover because I have my original remote to salvage from for a replacement. I can't and won't complain because of the reasonable price and shipping. I haven't been able to test the remote yet because my AVR isn't setup yet, but I trust it will work when needed. I"m comfortable with recommending this seller.
