I have no issues with the product. It was dispatched quickly and well packaged as usual. This is a very efficient company which I have used before. However I am disappointed with the delivery driver. I am an older person and I have mobility issues at present. I live in a second floor flat. I spoke to him through the intercom and asked him to bring the heavy box up to my door. Instead he left the box downstairs and quickly drove away in his van.
