Scam alert! I ordered a 5G dual SIM phone. The seller sent me a single SIM 4G model. The SIM tray only accepts 1 SIM card and there is no option for configuring SIM card settings. I have since discovered that even though the sealed box it came in says 5G, the internal phone info indicates the model (SM-235N) is a 4G model. The seller later claimed it is a hybrid model and requires additional purchase from the manufacturer. Seller was uncooperative and unresponsive. Thankfully eBay refunded.

Le vendeur annonçait un objet neuf mais à la réception celui-ci était d'occasion. Le vendeur était parfaitement au courant car il m'a proposé 10 £ pour me dédommager. C'était donc une arnaque de sa part !
En outre, je n'aurai jamais accepté de payé 45 € de frais de livraison pour un objet d'occasion.
D'autre part il n'a pas respecté la procédure d'Ebay car il n'a jamais envoyé le bordereau de retour afin que je lui renvoi l'objet. C'est malhonnête de sa part ! Vendeur a éviter absolument !!!
