Be careful about the polarity of the caps as well as that you don't bridge the leads of the small capacitor because they are very close together. Seller responded quickly to my questions and are awesome. Thanks so much for your time and support. The picture shows the bridging. Once I fixed that it worked great!

Using an ESD wrist strap, I unsoldered the 3 components & soldered the new ones on. I put it back in. Tested it and it only worked half a cycle. I checked everything multiple times. Still wouldn't work. Not even the light. I checked the internet for a reset button to no avail. (The purple one is for "reprogramming".) Just before I gave up, I decided to press the purple button. Couldn't hurt. It worked!
