received white containers rather than black, contacted the seller and they said they send out loads of these and to accept them. I would of bought white containers if I wanted white containers so these went straight back. the seller didnt want to help resolve anything and rather they just made excuses about shipping out large quantities and that some mistakes happen… unacceptable

Like some other reviews recently, item wasn't what I expected. Explained this to them and they apologised profusely and mentioned there's been an issue with their latest batch from their supplier, immediately issued a refund with no questions.
Dont judge them negatively from a few recent bad reviews, their customer service is great.
