Item sent with faulty usb, notified that the power ICU was also faulty and that there was a further charge of £49.99. bearing in mind the original cost of replacing the power socket and return postage was £18.99 this fee was astronomical. I was told that the work was done and device proved working, payment request made to me. I was then told that in fact the CPU was broken now and they cant fix it. Device returned now having the blue screen of death (that was not the case when i sent it off)
