    Item arrived relatively quickly. Parcel was in good condition, making sure Seraphina arrived undamaged. She was packaged into a Charlie Bear tote bag which was inside a larger, translucent bag. She did smell a little “vintage” so I took care of her, gently washing her fur with cold water and a cloth. Her price was fair, since she is now retired ( made 2017 to 2019, only 2000 pcs) and rare to find. The Charlie Bear was as described, in new condition. Many thanks to this wonderful seller!
