Material was a soft cotton and I prefer the tougher cotton so returned, customer service was excellent, kept me informed throughout…only additional comment I could make is they were delivered in a very small bag, I couldn’t get all 3 items into the one bag to return so had to pay for two lots of postage, bag could’ve been larger

Slow delivery and when it arrived it was totally the wrong item sent.
I order 100ft of 550 4mm Paracord and got sent a lot of short steel rods in a bag!
Very sloppy service. Not recommended!
Also claimed to be a UK seller, but when I clicked on one of the photos I included in a complaint to them in my confirmation e-mail it took me to a Chinese language website!
Seems like a scam of some sort at the moment? Not actually a UK seller and not what I actually ordered!
