The Kingston HyperX SSD combines SandForce controller technology with NAND flash, reducing load times while increasing performance and endurance. It provides high-speed SATA Rev 3.0 transfer speeds for larger bandwidth, which users require for advanced gaming, multitasking, and multimedia computing. This device lets users load games and applications faster, increase frames per second (FPS), and quickly transfer and edit large media files. It is cool and silent, and requires less power without additional cooling requirements. This HyperX SSD uses an advanced wear-levelling technology that distributes writes evenly across all the flash blocks, to maximize overall drive endurance. Additionally, wear levelling ensures that the individual flash memory blocks are consumed at a balanced rate, to provide the longest possible life while maintaining optimal performance.

    Fantastic for dual boot

    To avoid the ufei issues with dual operating systems, (i have an on MB M2 drive for Windows 10) i opted for a separate drive. I have a hyper x ssd for Steam games (500gb), so knew these are good. After hooking up the sata3 connection i formatted to exfat and had my Ubuntu install up and running within 15 minutes of install. The drive is very very fast and great for Linux and Windows.

    Fast and dependable, easy install

    I bought this SSD to add some life to my Lenovo T410. I'm a software developer so speed is essential when compiling software. Trusted brand, easy install and simple to transfer the Windows 10 install, (do some research first). Boot time is now about 6 seconds and the time to compile my current project has dropped from about 55 seconds to 10! I'd thoroughly recommend the drive to hobbyists and professionals alike.

    Excellent upgrade option

    I have bought two of these to replace hard disks in ageing laptops. The performance is awesome. I run Linux on both laptops and the boot time and application load time is dramatically improved. A thoroughly recommended upgrade.

    I have 2 of these on my asus 970 aura motherboard in raid0 getting well over 1bgp/s (1008mbps) they are as good as corsair f series ssds for a fraction of the price, i highly recommend them.
