The item I received was not as pictured or as described. I contacted the seller to return the item as it was advertised with a money back guarantee and seller paid return shipping. The seller mad an offer for a partial refund; I declined and reiterated that I wanted a full refund and would return the item. The seller then communicated that they were unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label. I asked how I should return the item and received no further communication from them.

Bought a pendant and after one to two weeks they had sent me picture for approval. The photos sent were a big misrepresentation of what the pendant actually looked like. It is poor quality, the stones are not set flat/level. Also the item is very chunky and the welding on the back off the pendant is terrible. I sent a return request and the seller contacted me and convinced me that if I closed the return he would send me a new pendant to my liking. He is now not responding.
