The seller communicated in a professional manner. Date of ordering to delivery was 9 days. Packaging was in a flimsy package but the DS was wrapped in bubble wrap in the package. The DS had minor scratches but in good condition. I wish I knew I wouldn’t be able to switch the language from Japanese to English but I’ve been using picture translate and Pokémon games are able to play in English.
