Poor customer service , seller changed price when i made an inquiry showing interest. Item received damaged received from transit but seller blamed me that item was damaged unloading. received without doors but image show doors, not stated doesn't come with doors,asked question, response it doesn't say come with doors. Seller confirmed stove would come with hearth but never arrived . Seller made false accusation that offered replacement yet offered to pay more & what thought i ordered

DON'T RECOMMEND!We are very sorry for your negative feedback,isn't entirely true.As part of the complaint,I immediately suggested replacing the stove with a new one.The goods were damaged during transport(not our fault).Your next message concerns your desire to replace the stove with a log door stove(this type is more expensive).You didn't want to pay extra.Next message,you said you wanted a refund.You received a full refund immediately,and yet you think you were cheated?I reported to eBay.FALSE
