Simply amazing service. I have been doing Ebay for many years and this seller is the real deal. Rangemaster arrived and there was a small issue with the induction top plate. I text the company late on a Friday, received a call within 10 minutes and they offered to send an engineer on the Sunday. Luckily I had a quick read and it was simply a communication error. Switched it off for a half hour then switched it back on and now it is perfect. 3 weeks on and couldn't be happier. Thanks so much. Jxx
