Delivery was delayed slightly beyond the advised date due to the supplier being on holiday. That said, the product was as expected and arrived well packaged. I had to reset to factory settings on arrival as the BT Premium phone base station still retained the individual pin codes set by the original owner. Once that was done I was able to connect my existing handsets . Communication was responded to promptly after I instigated an enquiry concerning delivery. I would use this supplier again.
