Excellent seller; laptop as described, well packaged and promptly received. The delivery company did leave the cardboard package outside in heavy rain rather than inside the unlocked porch, but that's not the seller's fault!

The package was late & tracking showed: item not received by currier , I messaged the seller, phoned the same day and when asking what you want, I was being described as rude, then told that they trying to solve it. 5 days passed, so I sent a message asking for update and communication through messages instead of call. No answer, the next working day I ordered from someone else, replacement & missing item arrived the same day, the item was sent the previous day, missing trackpoint, good value.
