The HPFP arrived with a damaged fuel line fitting. It wasn't useable as is and the seller refused to accept return. Instead the just kept telling me that it would be fine and wanted to give me a discount. If it was a cosmetic issue that would have been fine, but I'm not willing to risk installing it and it starts a fire. If the seller had put more consideration into packaging it better this would have been a good transaction. EBay is supposed to resolve this issue for me, hopefully.

This unit arrived more or less on time, but after installation the vehicle would not start or move due to non-communication with the TCM unit. The seller listed this as used, which is defined by eBay as "fully operational and functions as intended". We are having to pay $150 towing to the Infiniti dealership and paying to pay $200 to have the TCM reflashed to the car. The only concession offered was a partial refund of $30. We would have opened a case with eBay but just didn't have the time.
