The GUSTCAM cust. service people were lost in what was going on. I ordered some batteries, asked about the order status and they kept asking about the order number. I sent multiple messages with order information from ebay & Paypal. After many messages back & forth, the order arrived, but the customer service folks were unaware of the shipment or order. The batteries were poorly packaged. The battery container was damaged, causing 1 of the 4 batteries to escape inside the bag. They tested OK.
