Happy with this dental irrigator. I use it on the highest setting, but if you have never used one before best to start with the lowest setting until you can advance. Bought this as I hoped that being Panasonic it would last longer than the last one I bought which wsa much cheaper.

Whilst I found it to be more bulky and larger than expected also that the flow was fast and quick but still did not get rid of all the debris one sometimes gets between their teeth as I still had to use my plastic flosser sticks to complete the task and having used another brand that did both tasks well using an 1,2,3 intermittent pump and I was able to put mouthwash instead of water (as I have to do with this product).
