Bracelet reasonable, spring posts dreadful, replaced with decent ones. Will not deal with this seller again. Made a mistake in size ordered. Reordered the correct size within 8 minutes with a note asking to cancel original order. They refused to cancel stating item had been dispatched. Both were delivered in the same package. Although they might have been within their rights to cancel, honesty would have been a better policy. Not good customer service.
