Have used this product on a regular basis for years and neither of our dogs have ever had an issue with either fleas or ticks. They mix with other dogs, are exercised on the beach and in the countryside. No side effects from the treatment. Extremely good value for money when you see how much it costs at the vets for monthly treatment. We were persuaded to try a 'herbal' treatment but within a couple of weeks one of our dogs had a tick bite which went septic - went straight back to Fiprotec.. We buy the packs of 4 to keep our dog free of any little visitors. The product dries well and doesn't leave a patch on the fur as some others have done in the past.
