Fantastic cage but needs a 2nd water bottle
This cage is fantastic when put together with lots of room for extras. A bigger wheel is a great extra to add and some hammocks, the food bowel stays in place and its very easy to clean, has a great locking system so hammy wont get out. My only gripe about this cage is the water bottle, it has a little hole for the water to go through and it stops working so hammy gets no water, I would really recommend having a 2nd water bottle in the cage as a backup otherwise hammy could die from dehydration. Well worth the cost for this cage.This cage is fantastic when put together with lots of room for extras. Few negatives
The ladder that goes into the house is not held anywhere near secure enough & has fallen down, as this is isolated, it is not safe & the hamster can fall down or not be able to get back in the house! Also the 1 ball bearing in the water bottle makes it extremely difficult for the hamster to be able to drink, I had to buy a separate bottle as my hamster became so dehydrated that he was not eating either!
