    Road Trips and Real Life

    One of the best short story collections ever written or published. Some of the best American literature of the millenium. I'm re-reading this copy after we chose it for book club. Even better the second time out ten years from first read. Galveston Bay, 1826 is one of the best road trip tales, ever. Timeless. Contemporary stories same, all of them. Brilliant.
