The recipes are tasty and would appeal to the whole family not just the person on the diet. One thing, I made the yummy lime and coconut drizzle cake, really good but remember there is 200 grams of sugar in it. I’m not used to baking, so I am now more aware of the large amounts of sugar in sweet things! All the sugar I had and not used in the last year, It might be good to remind people of the sugar content. The mackerel curry is amazing and the home made curry powder is super and very easy to make. Also the spicy sardine linguine is great. Try the one pot ratatouille is good. Infusing you’re own garlic infused is a great idea. Sticky soya glazed drumsticks are yummy. Excluding onions and garlic has worked well for my IBS, it’s a good book if you have gut disorders such as IBS, I can’t say for other disorders.Read full review
