The shower that arrived was the 9kw model not the 10.8kw the advert stated. After agreeement of a refund i fitted the unit to the wall only to find out it wouldn't heat the water. Communication from the seller generally poor apart from when i messaged when he offered the unit at a reduced price after i had viewed the unit but when i specifically asked them to ensure it was the 10.8kw he lied and assured me it was. Seller will say anything to get a sale and is slow to answer private messages.
