There should be a POLICY, if you start a BUSINESS on EBAY to SELL, "SELLER'S DOES NOT EXCEPT RETURNS" should be illegal and FORBIDDEN! This shows they don't stand behind what they are distributing. This SELLER CLOSED my RETURN without any communication after 4 texts to reach out to him. His product looked one COLOR but another different than the picture was shipped to me. Stay away from this NON-COMMUNICATOR!
