Long batt lifeand runs on Windows 10
needed GPS to run with geo-logging software for bat surveys on Windows 10, works fine on Bluetooth. Also managed to get this running on a laptop running Linux mint and on another Windows 10 laptop with a Bluetooth dongle.

I purchased 2 of these to go with an HP iPaq to use on light ac as a moving map. It works really well. Once paired to the iPaq all you need to do is turn both devices on and you have sat nav. It doesn't need to be in direct view of the sky (so could remain in your pocket). Never got close to using up the battery in normal usage. You don't need any software with as it is fairly straight forward to setup too. So good I bought 2!I purchased 2 of these to go with an HP iPaq to use on light ac as a moving map.
