Good communication with seller to ensure services required would be covered by tool before purchase. Item arrived quickly. Easy to use and set up. My only issue is understanding the diagnostics that it delivers and resolutions for them ( as not in the motor trade) and for my car the fault codes are not available through the inbuilt browser. Functionality is great and I can at least use it for what I intended - with some trepidation.
