Terms and conditions of the sale
Payment:
eBay buyers must complete the checkout procedure to let us know how payment is going to be made. Payment must be received within 3 days. If goods are not paid for after 3 days a payment reminder will be sent via email. If the goods are not paid for 5 days after the reminder, the transaction will be cancelled & we will apply to eBay for a refund of our costs & commission. The non paying buyer will receive an unpaid strike on their eBay account.
 
All sales are final & binding so if you have any questions, Ask before buying.
 
Despatch:
 
We aim to provide a premier service & dispatch goods within 1 working day from payment being received. If we cannot dispatch your goods after two working days we will e-mail you to let you know why & when we expect to dispatch. If we are still unable to dispatch after seven working days we will advise & offer you a full re-fund.
 
We will advise you by e-mail when we have dispatched your goods, do not ignore this e-mail as it contains important delivery information & instructions.
 
Delivery:
 
You must provide a full delivery address including House No. / Name, Full Postcode and a daytime phone number. If you do not provide all of these details you may be liable for return delivery charges plus re-delivery costs.
 
Delivery is usually within *one working day (Mon-Fri & not guaranteed). Delivery times are from 0800 hrs to 1800hrs. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is vehicular / foot access to the premises & the goods can be received. A signature is always required on delivery.
 
The carriers will attempt delivery once. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to no reply the driver will leave a card informing you to contact the local delivery depot, you should follow the instructions on the card ASAP to avoid your parcel being returned.
 
Goods which cannot be delivered due to inadequate, incorrect, incomplete address or no response to the card will be held at the delivery depot for 4 working days whilst waiting for further instructions. If is no contact made, the carriers will return the parcel to us and charge us for doing so. We will have to recover this charge from you "the buyer" plus the cost of re-delivery before we can re-dispatch the goods.
If undelivered within three working days after dispatch it is imperative that you contact us to avoid your goods being returned.

Returns:
Please note: A security tie is attached to some of our products, you will not be able to use these goods without removing or breaking the tie. Once the tie is removed or broken the goods will be deemed as used. No damage claims or returns, under any circumstances will be processed if the tie is removed.
 
Defective Goods.
 
There are several external factors outside our control which can make this product malfunction. If you think there is a fault
please contact prior to returning. We can usually resolve problems quickly by e-mail or phone. but before calling we refer you to the instruction sheet.
 
If you must return it please allow us up to 7 working days to carry out examinations. If it is faulty, we will either (at our discretion) replace it or offer you a full re-fund. In both instances we will compensate you for the return postage costs up to a maximum value of £9.85. Proof of postage cost is required.
 
If our tests confirm that it is not faulty we will advise you & make the goods available for collection. If you want us to arrange the return delivery, we will have to receive payment for doing so, before we dispatch. Return delivery is at owners risk.
Some of our products listed for sale on eBay & other websites are factory seconds, any cosmetic defects are as stated in the product description or the product website. The products are new and guaranteed to function correctly. Return requests made on the grounds of any stated defects in the description will not be accepted.
 
Damaged on delivery.
It is your responsibility to fully inspect the goods for damage on delivery. If the goods have obvious external damage to the packaging & contents refuse delivery stating the reason "Damaged" on the delivery note, the goods will be returned to us. You must notify us by e-mail immediately in case this has occurred and if possible with a photo.
 
If you are unable to open & inspect the goods in front of the delivery driver you must mark the delivery note “Unchecked”. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any damage. We and the carriers cannot accept any claims for damage if we are not advised within 48 hours of delivery. You can notify us by e-mail together with clear photo evidence of the damage & packaging. On receipt of your notice & clear photos we may be able to dispatch an immediate replacement.
If you are unable provide us with photo evidence of any damage, we will have to have the goods returned for inspection before we can issue a replacement. This may take several days to arrange.
If you change your mind.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply to sales made from a business to a consumer, which have been made at a distance. In other words, where there's no face-to-face contact between the seller and the consumer before the contract is made.
The Regulations provide consumers a cooling off period of seven days from the date of delivery, in which the consumer may cancel the contract and return the goods for a re-fund. There are several conditions as set out below.
1. The goods must be unused & the security tie must not have been removed.
2. You must return the goods at your own expense and by your own transport mode.
3. You are the legal owner of the goods, we are not responsible for the goods until delivered to our premises in good condition & signed for. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you return the goods with recorded & insured delivery.
In all return cases the goods must be returned un-damaged, complete with all parts & any security ties must be intact. Goods returned damaged, parts missing or security ties missing will be refused & returned to sender, in which case we will be unable to process a re-fund.
 
The Distance Selling Regulations apply to this product if you are a consumer. However, they do not apply in the case of business to business transactions, i.e. you are buying the product for use in your trade / profession or on behalf of a business, Sole trader, Partnership, Limited liability partnership or Limited Company. In which case our standard trade terms & conditions apply.

It is your responsibility to fully read & understand the product description, plus all content of any linked website from within the description which further describes the goods. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you fully understand what it is that you are buying; including any material the goods are made from, the intended use, condition, delivery charges, accepted payment methods and these terms.
