The greatest customer service experience I think I've ever had! (Or maybe my expectations have plummeted to such depths that I no longer expect anyone to care.) The first band which was sent was the wrong model. I contacted Quantum and straight away had the most helpful and apologetic response. Paul arranged a pre-paid return label and I very quickly received the correct band, not 'open box' but brand new! It's really comfortable to wear all day, and I'd recommend both the band and the seller.

Je recommande ce vendeur ++++. La date estimée de livraison a été dépassée de deux jours, mais cela est dû au blocage en douane (vers la France).
