This is my 2nd order. Item arrived on time. After I checked the item, I noticed the item is not 100% okay because of the part has no screw and there’s a scratch on the left side of the eyeglass. I immediately message the seller which replied back. In fairness, the seller sincerely apologised and I received the partial payment (half price of the item). Thank you seller, soon I am planning to buy again.

Not the fastest despatch time unfortunately. I chose this particular seller as they advertised being in the UK and I thought they would be delivered quickly. Once the seller actually despatched the glasses they did arrive within a couple of days, it just took too long, in my opinion, for the actual despatch. They also arrived with a dislodged lens which I have managed to fix but definitely not worth the price paid.
