I ordered same item from other seller before without problems. Also was overcharged $8.99 and the package was given to USPS up to 5 days after receiving payment. Is sad I must leave a "neutral" rating for this seller.

Refund came, but not before multiple requests & more than a month of waiting. Very disappointed in all this. SAD
