Arrived one day early in fair condition, packed in a recycled Amazon box. Headphones had some severe damage on the right side which I wasn't able to view properly at the time of viewing the listing - this resulted in the headphones failing my test. The audio cable however works great so is now a spare. Ben offered me a £5 refund which I accepted. I decided to give neutral feedback as I made a loss on this sale. Communication and service from Ben was OK and I may decide to buy from him again.
