Brilliant machine which combined with a little understanding (grind size) and testing easily makes shop quality flat whites, for example. Although a tall machine, do check height against cupboard distance, there's plenty of features that make it very easy to use and very controllable. Default settings are great starting point, but watch Ytube videos to understand the machine and you'll not be disappointed. Not at all. Effortless, repeatable coffee perfection? - yes!

Great coffee, there are no problems on that side. The Sage is easy to use and produces consistently excellent results. It's already having suspect behaviour though: It tells me to descale even after I've just descaled; it tells me to change filter even after I've changed the filter. I am also often getting a 'CoEr' error which shuts down the machine, though it's fine when re-started. None of these are terrible problems. I know when to change the filter and descale without being told, and as long as the 'CoEr' error does nothing more it's not a major problem. It does make me worry about the reliability and life length of the product.

This is the best home coffee machine I have ever used. It’s easy to use. Makes great coffee. Like all machines you need to put in good beans. To get good results. Would recommend it to anyone with a budget in the high end for a home machine. But worth every penny.

The Oracle was an upgrade for me from the Barista Express, whilst this has been a very competent machine the Oracle is a big step up. Great coffee brewed every time, and your in control with everything at hand to change parameters, etc. Highly recommended.!!
