As usual, Michael Moseley has based his diet on scientific studies and his diet works. My husband and I lost 2 stones each using the Fast 800 diet. I bought the Fast 800 Keto book to help me lose the last few pounds to reach my target weight and to check we were eating the right foods to keep healthy. Fail to prepare and prepare to fail.....is a statement in this book...so true but read the book for lots of information and to set you off on a better way of living I did it and achieved what it said in weight loss.
