Not much to love about this experience...item was exactly as described BUT it arrived absolutely smashed to bits. The seller had wrapped it securely in layers of newspaper and bubble wrap,then placed it in a fairly sturdy cardboard box,so the courier, Yodel, must have badly mishandled it during transportation. The seller has refunded me the total cost so it's just such a shame ( and very annoying ) that Yodel are so careless with the items that they are entrusted to deliver.

Item as described, well packaged but unfortunately one vase was broken off it's base. I contacted seller to inform them and was offered a partial refund which I accepted. It was not the seller's fault as it was wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed, it must have been dropped in transit.
