A truly life-changing book for people suffering from mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Easy to read and understand. The book looks at real cases and describes what and how they were suffering and then what steps they were able to follow to improve their mental health. The book was recommended to me by my psychiatrist and with a little help and guidance, I have been able to use this book practically to address the issues that I have been having problems with. There is also a reading guide to help with specific mental health problems, focussing on specific chapters in the book. Downloadable charts and exercises are also really useful, so you don't have to write in the book if you don't want to.
