The package arrived in a plastic bag with a message from Royal Mail offering their "sincere apologies" that the contents had arrived "in this condition". There just three tubes of toothpaste in it, with no paperwork or packaging. But the tubes are intact and any packaging would have gone into the recycling anyway, so I'm perfectly happy with my purchase. It might pay, though, to check the robustness of your packaging for other orders.
