After purchasing the monitor, the next day I went to pick it up, but the seller refused to give it to me until eBay transferred the funds to him! Two days later, I went again to collect the monitor, which he claimed was new, but it's actually not! It's evident from the screw stand that there's wear and tear, there are four missing screws from the bracket, the plastic part that fits into the metal bracket is missing, and the HDMI cable is also missing! This product is refurbished and sold as new!
