I recieved the microwave about 2nd April. I bought the microwave combination oven as a birthday present for my girlfriend hence it remained unopened for a week. When opened, the door handle was broken, dent in the top, very poorly packaged with no documentation. I notified the seller of this on 13th April but to date have had no acknowledgement or reply. Very dissapointed. poor service and would not buy from this seller ever again.

Hello there . I’m sorry that you feel the parcel was poorly packaged . As the listing came under “new other” it had slight flaws to it , slightly damaged box missing documentation etc which was described in the listing . But as regards for the damages to actual item , this is the couriers as you did say in message to me you felt this was the case also . Unfortunately couriers don’t have a massive amount of respect for parcels and often chuck them about . Thank you for your custom and feedback
