    Good seller. Good price, good communication, packed well and very fast shipping dispatch. Note: item description was not accurate. Was listed as new, other, however, was definitely not new/used as the base sticker was absent and was dirty. However, the unit was in great condition ie used/like new and works, so let it slide this time. Would still buy from again.

    Item eventually arrived but much later than advertised explicitly on the listing. Don't expect the advertised "fast delivery" shown on their listings. They list as "Royal Mail Tracked 24" then send it by a much slower service than expected then gives lots of excuses and BS about how tracked 24 isn't reliable when you ask. Overall a poor experience and I would not use this seller again. Reported to eBay for misleading buyers regarding the postage service promised and advertised on their listings.

    I was very happy with the price of this game, although it originally arrived with a small scratch which unfortunately prevented me from loading it. Upon informing the seller they quickly ran though potential fixes before deciding to send me a replacement disc at their cost. Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem. Excellent stuff!
