I received a faulty unit , it didn’t charge so I never used it cz it wouldn’t turn on without charging. I sent seller the picture of it on charger with no green battery blinking light and was asked to return it for refund. Now the seller is claiming I switched the clairasonic with my faulty 1 and I used the item. How can I use when it doesn’t work n not charge n if it did n i used it then y would i bother with returning? This is the first time I have returned on eBay and this seller is a SCAM!!!

I had gladly accepted the return as I don't sell faulty items to buyers on purpose. However, once I inspected the returned item it was clear you switched out the new unit I sent you for your old used unit. The identification number on the item and box didn't match and It also came back dirty and wet.
